NCC

NCC, National Cadet corps, is the largest ever uniformed youth organization in the country. NCC is available for both school as well as college students. it was initially formed to overcome the shortage in Indian Army and to use the trained student force in times of emergency. NCC has three wings, Army, Air and the Naval Wing. NCC is not merely sweating out in the parade ground, it is more of physical and mental fitness, endurance, overall grooming of the entire being. Many consider NCC as a gateway to the Armed forces. it is true, but that's not the only option, many leaders in the society were a part of this esteemed organization in their school/college life. it helps you to figure out whom you are, teaches you different stuffs which is important for you in life. You can prove whom you are to yourself than to the world. it changes your life, in a positive way. it is full of stress, strain, hardwork, FUN, it is always the way you take it. you can achieve a lot being a part of NCC.

You can take my life for instance,
i started my NCC life in college as a cadet, i thought NCC was too tough, yes it was, but it wasn't hard for what i was getting. Self satisfaction, self realization, self confidence... too self-centered you think?? It didn't stop with that!! i got opportunities to represent my college, group, state, you wont believe, the country as well. YES!! very true, i represented the country to Singapore for an exchange programme, to call yourself a youth ambassador was a WOW feeling!! This pic here shows us with the president of S'pore. that's not all!! The other pics were taken in different occasions, one taken during republic day parade, one more whist repelling down the wall.. all these taught how to lead a life, how to be ambitious, and what is that that you can possibly do to outreach it!!!
